Volunteers needed for the 5th annual Clover Combo Classic – Sunday September 27th
The 5th annual Clover Combo Classic to benefit the 4-H youth groups in our area will be taking place Sunday September 27th 2009 from 9:00 am to around 1:00 pm. We need a few volunteers to cover the different sections of the event. This event will also work as a practice or preparation for disasters or emergencies. Anyone wishing to join in as Amateur Radio RACES Operators or NET Control, please email Don (WA2EZ).
CTCSS encode enabled on the club repeater.
Thanks to Andrew (KC2EUS) and Otto (WA2RQC) the repeater is now transmitting a 100Hz CTCSS tone. This change is one of the steps needed for the EchoLink/IRLP node merge.
In addition, for interference free listening set your radio CTCSS decoder to 100Hz, this will eliminate interference from other repeaters and QRM.
