- The Repeater is operating on my bench now. There was just a blown fuse in the AC. It ran on batteries for about a week before the voltage got too low. I’m taking the opportunity to modify the repeater to allow PL tone on the input. That way we will be able to link the K1YMI repeater and give Echolink & IRLP access to the Clubs repeater. It *should* be back in operation before next Tuesday’s on air meeting.
- The repeater is down, so for tomorrows RACES NET at 7:00 pm EST we will be operating in simplex mode on the repeaters output frequency (146.70MHz). This is a great opportunity to practice for a real emergency. If you canât participate, remember the website âlisten liveâ feature should be operational.
- Take a look at the new club logo. If you wish to purchase items such as t-shirts, hats, cups, etc.. with the logo please visit our new store: http://www.cafepress.com/TryonARC (We will be adding items regularly)
- Please join us tonight at 7:00 PM for our monthly meeting. A CPR class will be given by Matthew (KC2VGD) and Stephen (K2ALS). We will also elect new club officers.
